Robotic bending provides outstanding precision and accuracy during each edge press. Everything that the manual bending does is possible, but here it is robots, which do not tire like people, that manage the machines. This increases repeatability, making things completely uniform and very cost-effective, especially for larger and recurring series. Rotage uses the very latest robotic benders that are equipped with both laser angle measurement and automatic tool changers. This allows us to program them to operate according to a specific plan, with automatic part changes, completely unsupervised even during the night.
